A Chinese girl abducted and imported illegally into the syndicated New Orleans sex trade befriends one of her handlers scheming to escape and fulfill her dreams of living the American dream—like she knows from seeing Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. After many attempts to gain freedom, she finally succeeds in escaping but not to the world of her dream.
